This is my mother’s famous recipe… I’m hesitant to share it, but it’s soooooo good! I’m not even going to leave out the secret ingredients, like my mom did with me! Nothing ever tastes as good as mom’s cooking, but I was bound and determined to get this one right, so the last time we visited, I watched her every move! The ONE ingredient I’ve been missing for the last FIVE years was… evaporated milk in the meatballs! When I confronted her about leaving the ingredient out purposefully, she just giggled! So now, mine FINALLY taste like hers! Honestly, I probably forgot to write the ingredient down when I was younger. 🤷🏼♀️ Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do! And if you hand it down to your children, PLEASE be kind and write down all the ingredients! 🙂
