Rocket Fuel Punch

This is refreshing drink is a family favorite! Several different fruit juices combined with lemon lime soda is a delicious treat that the whole family can enjoy. Growing up, we used to call it “Church Punch”. My mom always had several requests to make it at the holiday receptions.

Rocket Fuel Punch

Ingredients

4 cups apricot nectar, chilled 2 cups pineapple juice, chilled 2 cups orange juice, chilled 1 qt. carbonated lemon-lime soda, chilled 1 pint sherbet, flavor to your choosing

Directions

Stir together chilled apricot nectar, pineapple juice, and orange juice in large punch bowl. Just before serving, pour in lemon-lime soda and add scoops of sherbet on top. Serve immediately.

My daughter doesn’t like the soda bubbles, so I pour her glass before I add the lemon-lime soda. It’s even delicious without it.
