Hey all! Welcome to Sunnyside!
The final movie in our Toy Story series is a memorable classic! My children LOVE it and it’s constantly requested for movie night. My husband and I are finally immune to the emotional turmoil that Disney/Pixar put into this movie. While the first 10 mins of ‘UP’ will wreck your entire being, Toy Story 3 is a close second. So unless you’re comfortable sobbing in front of your toddlers, I recommend not watching it yet.
For movie night, we dressed in our favorite Toy Story apparel. I finally found a shirt to match everyone! I’m in love with this Bo Peep design from Queen of Hearts Co! 💕
For dinner, my daughter and I decorated brown paper lunch bags like we were going to eat dinner at the daycare. We packed our favorite deli sandwiches, chips, and “lotso” strawberries and enjoyed a picnic outside.
Our desserts were inspired by Disneyland’s “Pixar Fest” desserts and we made our own Alien Cake Pops. I think they turned out really cute and the kids really enjoyed them! Click here for instructions.
We’ve had a blast celebrating 20+ years of Toy Story this past month. Hope you had fun following along and got inspired for your own Toy Story Movie Night.
Till next time,
Esther
