Tender Steak, juicy tomatoes and toasted bread come together to make a tasty summer meal on a stick. The ideal meal for our Lion King Movie Night!
Ingredients1 ½ lbs boneless top sirloin beef, cut into 1-inch cubes. Seasoned with salt and pepper.
1 (17 oz)French bread loaf, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 pint cherry tomatoes
½ cup prepared pesto
Bamboo or metal skewers
Thread meat onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bread and tomatoes. Generously coat skewers with olive oil.
Grill kebabs over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the meat is well brown and bread is golden brown.
Drizzle with pesto, serve and enjoy!
