LeFou’s Brew is a deliciously refreshing apple slushy served at Gaston’s Tavern in Disney World. We tried it last Fall and I haven’t been able to think of anything since. Despite its appearance, it’s non-alcoholic! Perfect for the whole family! This sweet drink will hit the spot on those later hot days of summer, but wonderful all year around.
Lefou's Brew
Ingredients
2 (12 oz) cans frozen apple juice6 cups ice
1/4 cup Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 Tbsp Passion Fruit Cocktail
6 Tbsp Mango Nectar
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
In a cold bowl, add whipping cream, passionfruit juice, mango juice, and powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Pour frozen apple juice into blender. Add toasted marshmallow and ice. Blend until think and smooth. Pour immediately into mugs and top with tropical foam topping.
