Creamy Tomato Soup

This is an easy recipe to update the usual can of tomato soup. A few extra spices and the addition of chicken broth is the perfect compliment. Perfect for a wintery day and paired with a Mickey shaped grilled cheese. Try spreading mayo on the bread instead of butter, it browns the bread beautifully and adds a nice flavor.

My little ones and husband love this recipe!  I hope you do too!
