101 Dalmatians

This movie night was spit spot! Oh wait, that’s the wrong movie. But really, we’re seeing spots everywhere! 101 Dalmatians was one of my favorites growing up and it did not disappoint with my little ones. I may regret the pick if Gideon doesn’t stop howling though. Lol!

Charlie Beth and I made Kanine Krunchies aka puppy chow with a Chex Mix recipe, then added dark chocolate chips to add spots for our movie night snack. My kids loved the sweet snacks, but I kinda regretting making it after finding powder sugar handprints everywhere!

And don’t you love their slippers?! Me and my sister wore them when the movie rereleased on VHS in the 90’s. I’m so glad my mom kept them all these years!

I asked my English friend and  fellow Disney mom Sian what she recommended for dinner and she told me that Bangers and Mash was the family favorite. It consists of mashed potatoes and sausage with an beef and onion gravy. I added some baby sweet peas for some color. Click here for the recipe I used. I’m with Sian, that was delicious! We’re used to a chicken based gravy, but I think we are going to switch to the onion gravy from now on.

I’ve been following Callum and Sian on Instagram for a while and love their magical adventures to Disney and around England. They have the sweetest family!! I know this might be weird to hear, but I think their love for Disney might surpass my own. Haha! I wish we lived closer so our girls could play together, maybe we can meet them at Disney one day. They will be going to Disney World soon, so follow them on Instagram and their blog for added fun.
