Headless Horseman – Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Shake

I know I’ve been sharing lots of Pumpkin and Chocolate recipes lately, but I knew I had to recreate one more after trying the Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Chocolate Shake at Epcot’s Food and Wine. This chocolatey drink was so refreshing walking around the World’s Showcase. It reminded me of the dark and sinister Headless Horseman, so we dressed up as our favorite characters and made this for our Adventures of Ichabod Crane movie night. Hope you enjoy this sweet treat as much as we do! My son kept stealing the drink before I could get a good picture of it. Haha! That’s a good endorsement right??
