I know I’ve been sharing lots of Pumpkin and Chocolate recipes lately, but I knew I had to recreate one more after trying the Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Chocolate Shake at Epcot’s Food and Wine. This chocolatey drink was so refreshing walking around the World’s Showcase. It reminded me of the dark and sinister Headless Horseman, so we dressed up as our favorite characters and made this for our Adventures of Ichabod Crane movie night. Hope you enjoy this sweet treat as much as we do! My son kept stealing the drink before I could get a good picture of it. Haha! That’s a good endorsement right??

Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Shake
Ingredients12-16 oz chocolate ice cream
5 oz boiled water
3 Pumpkin Spice Chai tea bags (see note below)
4 oz crushed ice
Pour 5 ounces of boiling water into a heat proof measuring cup. Steep teabags for 3 mins or until desired strength. Remove tea bags and discard. Chill tea.
In a blender, add ice cream, crushed ice, and chilled tea. Blend until smooth and creamy, if it’s too thick, add a tbsp or two of milk until you have a creamier consistency. Pour into 2 small glasses and serve with a straw.
