Baked Scotch Eggs

Disney Movie Night

I’ve always wanted to try these, but didn’t want to work with a fryer, so I came up with easy baked version of Scotch Eggs. They turned out amazing! I know most people eat them as appetizers, but my daughter now refers to them as “Breakfast meatballs” cause that’s exactly what they taste like. HAHA!
Hope you enjoy this easy and delicious recipe, perfect for a Brave Movie Night, or breakfast.
